For many, many weeks now the orphanage director has been saying "Hopefully next week" when it comes to our file movement. Last week, we were told she was waiting on one more paper then "hopefully by next Thursday or Friday" we would be in IBESR. Maybe this is the week.
The frustrating thing is that is when the wait really begins. This is also where we find out if they will even allow us to adopt our sweet girl.
It may be next week before we find out if we moved today or tomorrow. Sigh.....

Hope you get in soon. I just want out of ibesr. We've been sitting there 7 mo. while they decide what to do about families who have birth children.
